M&A executive and top-performing beauty franchise operator acquire Delaware, Ohio location with expansion plans underway
COLUMBUS, OH — Oasis Face Bar, the fast-growing facial bar concept redefining accessible, results-driven skincare, today announced that experienced multi-unit operators Amit Shah & Toni Careccia have joined the brand’s franchise system. They have acquired an existing Oasis Face Bar location in Delaware, Ohio, with additional expansion plans already in development.
Shah brings a unique blend of corporate and operational expertise to Oasis. Building on a career in strategy & finance, he entered franchising in 2019, building a portfolio of five Frenchies nail care locations across multiple states.
Known for pairing disciplined financial strategy with strong operational leadership, Shah has a proven ability to build top-performing franchise locations alongside his business partner, Toni Careccia, an operator with a strong educational background from the Aveda Business College in SoHo and undergraduate study at NYU. Careccia leads team development, culture, and day-to-day execution.
“I’ve always approached franchising as a long-term investment—one where strong fundamentals, great teams, and consistent execution drive success,” said Amit Shah. “Oasis has built a compelling model in a fast-growing category, and I see significant opportunity to scale with the brand.”
Oasis Face Bar has emerged as a leader in modern skincare by offering high-quality, targeted facial treatments in a streamlined, 30-minute format as well as a growing line of clinical strength facials. With a focus on consistency, accessibility, and client experience, the brand continues to attract experienced operators looking to grow within the booming self-care and beauty market.
“Amit & Toni bring highly complementary skills to the industry. Amit brings exactly the kind of strategic mindset and operational discipline we look for in our partners and Toni brings the kind of passion for guests and teammates that we love to see,” said Molly Lyons, founder of Oasis Face Bar. “They understand how to build and scale businesses the right way, and their track record speaks for itself. Their addition to the system is a strong signal of our continued momentum.”
Shah & Careccia’s acquisition of the Delaware, Ohio location marks the beginning of their growth with Oasis Face Bar, with additional territories planned in the near future.
As Oasis Face Bar continues its national expansion, the brand is actively seeking qualified franchise partners in key markets across the United States.
