By signing below, I give Oasis Face Bar (“Oasis”) permission to photograph, film, and record me, including my image, likeness, and voice, in connection with Oasis’s video and photo production (“Content”).

I understand and agree that all Content created during this shoot belongs entirely to Oasis. Oasis will own all rights to this Content in perpetuity and may use it anywhere in the world, in any format now known or developed in the future.

I grant Oasis permission to use, edit, share, publish, and repurpose the Content for marketing, advertising, social media, website, press, and promotional purposes, without additional approval or compensation.

I agree that I do not need to review or approve the final images or videos before they are used.

I release Oasis Face Bar, its team, and its partners from any claims related to the use of this Content, including claims of privacy, publicity, or defamation.

I confirm that I am at least 18 years old and have read and understand this release.
