Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

The Year of Facials Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Oasis Face Bar LLC, 2 ½ N. State Street, Westerville, OH 43081 ("Sponsor").

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees of Oasis Face Bar LLC, Oasis Face Bar franchise owners and their employees, and agencies, vendors, and contractors directly involved in the administration or promotion of the Sweepstakes are not eligible to enter or win.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on Wednesday, August 19, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on Wednesday, September 16, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET ("Sweepstakes Period").

4. How to Enter

There are two ways to receive an entry in the Sweepstakes:

Automatic Entry for Oasis Clients: Any eligible individual who has completed at least one transaction with an Oasis Face Bar location prior to the end of the Sweepstakes Period will automatically receive one (1) entry. No additional action is required.

Free Online Entry: Any eligible individual, including existing or past Oasis clients, may enter without making a purchase by visiting oasisfacebar.com/cad during the Sweepstakes Period and completing and submitting the Sweepstakes entry form as instructed.

Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of method of entry. An individual who qualifies for an automatic entry and also submits the online entry form will still receive only one (1) total entry. Additional purchases, transactions, visits, or online submissions will not result in additional entries or increase an entrant's chances of winning.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive one year of Oasis Face Bar Targeted Treatments, consisting of twelve (12) Targeted Treatments, with a limit of one (1) complimentary Targeted Treatment redeemable per month for twelve (12) consecutive months.

The winner must select one participating Oasis Face Bar location at which to redeem the prize. Once selected, the prize will be redeemed at that location for the duration of the twelve-month prize period.

The approximate retail value ("ARV") of the prize is $950, although actual retail value may vary based on the selected Oasis Face Bar location.

The prize includes the applicable Targeted Treatment only. Add-ons, gratuities, products, transportation, and other incidental expenses are not included. Treatments are subject to appointment availability and the standard booking and service policies of the selected Oasis Face Bar location.

The prize has no cash value, is non-transferable, and may not be sold, exchanged, substituted for cash, combined with other services or products, or redeemed for any service other than the Targeted Treatment specified above.

Each complimentary Targeted Treatment is limited to one (1) per month. Any unused monthly treatment expires at the end of the applicable month and does not roll over to a subsequent month.

The winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, if any, and all other expenses associated with acceptance and use of the prize that are not expressly stated as included.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) potential winner will be selected at random from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

The potential winner will be selected and notified by email on or before September 30, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET, using the email address associated with the winner's Oasis client record or submitted through the online entry form.

The potential winner must respond to Sponsor and accept the prize within fourteen (14) days of notification.

If the potential winner does not respond within fourteen (14) days, declines the prize, is determined to be ineligible, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner will forfeit the prize and Sponsor will randomly select an alternate potential winner from the remaining eligible entries.

Sponsor may continue selecting alternate potential winners until an eligible winner accepts the prize.

7. Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

8. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor regarding the Sweepstakes, which shall be final and binding to the extent permitted by law.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who attempts to tamper with the entry process, obtain more than the permitted number of entries, provide false or misleading information, interfere with the administration of the Sweepstakes, or otherwise violate these Official Rules.

Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or any other circumstance beyond Sponsor's reasonable control materially affects the integrity or proper administration of the Sweepstakes.

9. Release and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, by participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, participating Oasis Face Bar franchisees, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, and representatives from claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize, except where prohibited by law.

Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

10. Privacy

Information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used for the administration of the Sweepstakes, including verifying eligibility, selecting and contacting the winner, and awarding the prize, and otherwise in accordance with Sponsor's applicable privacy practices.

11. Disputes and Governing Law

Except where prohibited by applicable law, the Sweepstakes and these Official Rules will be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes arising from or relating to the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules shall be resolved individually and without resort to any form of class action, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
